Shipping policy

To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you receive it within the time frame we advertise, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and that it includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

 

Processing time

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 2-4 days (business days) but 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment from OONA PARIS, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges.

 

Delivery statements

OONA PARIS is not responsible for the shipping, if you have any problems, please contact the carrier you selected when you made your purchase.

You can retrieve your tracking number through your order, or the email received by Boxtal at the time of shipment, which is imperative for any research and claim.

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process.

We assume no responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

 

Backordered items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is backordered: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you in your original payment method for those items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for the same order if it is composed of several items.
