Refund policy

 

You have the right to return products purchased on www.oona.paris (the "Website") by notifying OONA PARIS within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products.

 

Once you have exercised your right of return in accordance with the procedures set forth below, the products to be returned must be delivered to the carrier in a single shipment within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products.

 

1. Return conditions

 

OONA PARIS will only accept returns of goods within the time limits indicated above, and will only refund the purchase price of the products (less shipping costs, if applicable) if the following conditions have been met:

 

- The products have not been used, worn or washed and are in the same condition as they were received;

 

- The identification label (with disposable seal, if applicable) and tags are still attached to the products;

 

- The products are returned in their original packaging;

 

- The products are not damaged.

 

You cannot return personalized products, or sealed items that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. soaps). Swimwear, underwear, magazines, perfumes and jewelry cannot be returned.

 

Final sale and private sale items cannot be returned either in-store or online.

 

2. Return Procedures
 

You can contact our customer service team contact@oona.paris to assist you with the return procedure.

 

We recommend that you use the Colissimo courier service (www.laposte.fr) to return products, as packages sent by Colissimo can be tracked. If you use Colissimo and the label - which we provide with the return address - you will not have to pay the return shipping costs upfront. We will pay the carrier on your behalf and deduct the cost from your refund.

 

If you prefer to send the returned merchandise with a courier of your choice other than Colissimo, you may do so at your expense and risk.

 

Returns and exchanges can be made directly to The Office, 19 rue Claude Bernard, 75005 Paris. Simply bring your items within 14 days of the delivery date to the store with your order confirmation email and the store team will take care of the next steps.

 

 3. Acceptance or rejection

  If the return conditions are met, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been accepted and we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

 

You will be informed if the returned goods cannot be accepted because they do not meet the above conditions. In this case, your merchandise will be returned to you.

 

If you refuse said delivery, OONA PARIS reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.

 

 4. Time limits and refund procedures

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) to seven (7) business days from receipt of the returned merchandise and confirmation that the return conditions have been met. Your refund will be credited using the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website.

 

Refund times depend on the payment method originally used:

 

- Credit/Debit Card: refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company's policies, but will normally occur within two billing cycles.

 

 5. Return of damaged, defective or incorrect products

 You have the right to return products purchased on the website due to an error on our part or because the product(s) is (are) damaged or defective, provided that you notify OONA PARIS within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product(s) by email to our Customer Service Department (contact@oona.paris)

If you contact Customer Service and use the label we provide, you will not be required to pay the return shipping costs. You must return the product(s) by mail in the same condition in which they were received, unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging and with their identification label attached with the disposable seal.

 We will examine the returned product(s) to determine if it (they) is (are) damaged, defective or incorrect, and we will inform you by email, within a reasonable time, if OONA PARIS accepts the returned product(s) and refunds the price.

 If accepted by, the damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) will be refunded in full according to your original method of payment, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

 In the event that we find no damage, defect or error in the returned product(s), you will be notified that the refund will not be processed, and your merchandise will be reshipped to you.

 If you refuse said delivery, OONA PARIS reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).

 

 6. Conditions of exchange

 Products can only be exchanged for a different size and/or color of the same model, subject to the following conditions and product availability:

You may only exchange products that are eligible for exchange;

 

You may only exchange the product(s) with one of the available replacement options;

 

You must meet all of the requirements in Section 1 hereof.

 

Final sale and private sale items may NOT be exchanged in store or online.

 

7. Exchange Procedures

You may contact our customer service team (contact@oona.paris) to assist you with the exchange process.

 

Product exchanges must be requested within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product(s).

 

The product(s) to be replaced must be returned in accordance with Section 2 within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product(s), and must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging and with its identification tag attached with the disposable seal.

 

Products to be exchanged that are part of the same order must be returned to us in a single shipment. OONA PARIS reserves the right to refuse to process exchanges of products that are part of the same order that are shipped at different times.

 

Returns and exchanges can be made directly to EUNHWA SARL, 19 rue Claude Bernard, 75005 Paris. Simply bring your items within 14 days of the delivery date to the store with your order confirmation email and the store staff will take care of the next steps.

 

Please note that you cannot exchange your orders in OONA PARIS stores

 

8. Acceptance or rejection of the exchange

 

You will receive an email confirming that the exchange has been accepted and we will check the availability of the replacement product(s) in the requested size and/or color.

 

If the conditions for exchange are met and the selected product(s) are available, we will ship the replacement product(s), at its expense, within thirty (14) business days of receipt and inspection of the product(s).

 

If the selected replacement product(s) are not available, OONA PARIS will not process your exchange and will refund the price of the product(s). However, customs and import duties, as well as shipping costs, will not be refunded.

 

When exchanging a product, if the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the chosen replacement product, you will not be required to pay the relative price difference and will not be entitled to a refund. However, if you subsequently decide to return the replacement product in accordance with your legal rights, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the product.

 

If you have not complied with the conditions of exchange, OONA PARIS will inform you by e-mail that the exchange will not be processed and that your goods will be returned to you. If you refuse said delivery, OONA PARIS reserves the right to keep the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).
